From the first appointment to come out and give me a quote to the final payment when they were done I found Capps to be clear, concise, fair and professional. Although summer rains interrupted our installation, Capps worked around it the best they could. I asked them to work with me on some special issues (wanted to mount a weather apparatus on the roof and needed to coordinate with an electrician to run some cables when the roof decking was off). They were more than happy to oblige and to be honest it was a bit of an inconvenience for them. No one is sure why but some of the roofing material (that had been installed, then sat for a few days for rain to subside) didn't look right when they returned to the job. I was unaware at the time but they ripped off a large amount of material and replaced it. I certainly would never have known but it showed their integrity. I would not hesitate to recommend Capps for any roofing job if I was asked."
