Twice they came out with the new handle without the screws. They left the new handle and said they had to order the screw. That became ..oh the suppler doesn't have them....we can't get them...we will try and find them... the only screws that have bee gotten are the screwing they gave us. They refuse to give us back our money. The handle is still sitting on top of the refrigerator exactly in the same place the technician left it. They lie and are thief's they hope you will go away and forget."
