"They were okay for the first 8 months but recently in the past 2 months nobody did any service to my house as seen from my outdoor cameras and I was still being charged for it. I blocked the payment for the second time and called customer service to cancel my account. They informed me I must pay the amount due before canceling even though they didn't do the service. I reluctantly paid and after they charged me the money they mentioned that they will transfer me to someone who can cancel my service. After waiting a couple minutes the person got back on the line saying they can't get in touch of the people who can cancel my service and they can't do it themselves even though they just charged me saying I have to pay before canceling. They said they will call me back in 24-48h where I can cancel then. Clearly this is a tactic to avoid people canceling by making them wait and sending them in a circle till they forget about it. What a scam of a service."

"Look no further. This was the BEST landscaper experience I have every had, bare none!! They worked so quickly, efficiently, doing even more than was expected and you are also buying a families almost 100 years of tree/shrub experience as they have owned their nursery for generations in SE Wisconsin. "Everything went as planned. The crew showed up as scheduled. They were very professional, competent, efficient and thorough. The entire process from set-up to clean-up took about 8 hours. They used a crane to lift large limbs that the 'climber' had previously cut. Most of the wood was fed into a chopper, but quite a number of the larger limbs were neatly piled to be picked up the following week. A couple of weeks later, the final work was performed as the stumps were ground down. The workplace - my yard - was neatly cleaned up after the work was performed. Aside from two large piles of chips, neatly stacked over the where the stumps were, there are no signs I had either trees or worked performed to remove them."

"I'm going to try and remain as objective as possible in this review, but do yourself a favor and DO NOT hire TruGreen. After several years with a local lawn care company, I was enticed to switch over to TruGreen given the number of promotions being offered. I had used TruGreen at another residence and was not happy, but it was over a decade ago, and I thought it couldn't hurt to give them a second chance. I was dead wrong. First, the actual service constantly would get rescheduled, and when someone did actually come out to treat the lawn, they would be here for no more than 10 minutes. I can verify that given that I work remotely and know exactly when they arrive compliments of our family dog's barking notification. The robotic service was evident in the worsening condition of the lawn. And while it could be dependent on things I did wrong in my upkeep, I'm aware of what length to mow the lawn and do have an automated sprinkler system to make sure it receives enough water. During rainy periods, I turn that off as to not overwater. The condition of the lawn was the worst I've ever seen in every facet from weeds to spotting to the overall color of the lawn. Next, the customer service element appears friendly and available, but does not actually solve any problems. I simply tried to cancel my service. If TruGreen hired as many service people as they do sales people, they may actually have a chance. I was getting calls around the clock from individuals trying to restore service and harass me about the condition of my surrounding trees and bushes to upsell even more services. How about you focus on what you were hired to do, and do that well, before you push yourselves for more revenue? Customer service's solution was to send someone out to do an "analysis." This is code for "we're restoring your services without your permission" as if they "saved" the account. The analysis revealed nothing despite the feedback, and there was no willingness to explain the findings, just that this step was completed. I finally had enough and canceled all services plus pushed to be removed from all sales lists. This is a joke of a company that has no desire to provide anyone with good lawn care services. This is a greedy, revenue first, sales staff over service team members focused organization. If I could give a negative rating, I would, but here we are."
