Family owned business with two Technicians, we do not use subcontractors, licensed to perform service on ac and heat equipment in all of Texas TACLB32471E, free estimates, if we have to diagnose a problem we have a $38 service call that will include a written invoice with all our findings. All repairs will be brought to homeowner before any repairs are made. we have a flat rate pricing. 10% discount for military(prior or active) senior citizens, civil service employees,and angies list clients.
"whatever you do don’t use this company! They were very prompt in coming the first time even showed up early. the next day they installed the new a/c and coil, while they were doing the install I noticed they were reusing the old copper pipes and on the paperwork is said they were installing new ones. when we brought it up they said it was a typo. we asked for a breakdown of the bill and they wouldnt give us one, the owner Tristan was even rude to use over text. Once they finished and left I noticed they had broken the ladder going into the attic, and just didn’t bother to fix it. Two days later after the install, the Freon ran out, they sent someone out here to fix it and it was cool again for about a week and a half and now the Freon is empty again. Then they had the nerve to say we’ll try to get somebody out as soon as we can instead of saying we’ll have somebody come out there today to fix it.You would think it would be a priority since they didn’t fix it last time. Overall I found that they were very shady. They don’t care to make sure that their work is done correctly. Even once coming back out to fix it after two days of it being installed they still didn’t fix the problem. Once they get paid, they don’t care. they also removed the drip pan from underneath the coil so if the pipe ever backs up, it’s gonna cause water damage on the ceiling"
