The next day they came in and quickly moved the items into the truck. I was very happy with the estimator, the crew that packed, and the crew that moved my items. I was NOT happy about the accounting of time. I HIGHLY recommend having the crew sign in with date and time, have them record the transit time, record the time they leave for lunch, and record the time they ended. They charged me 3.0 hours more than they should have and I had to fight for a partial payment. I was called a liar many times. They finally returned some of my money, but for the premium they charge, they should NOT have this time accounting issue nor treat their clients like this."
