There were as many contractors cruising the neighborhood looking for the roofing job as people that lived in Allen, TX! They were everywhere. What to do? I called my insurance company, State Farm, and asked my rep who they would use. I knew if my insurance company trusted them I could. Lon Smith Roofing is what I was told. You have to trust somebody and I surely wasn't going to give the job to some company with out of state plates and no reputation. I had a great experience with Matt the salesperson handling everything from the start with the insurance company and adjuster all the way through until the job was complete. Mario was the foreman and he actually knew a lot more about getting the work completed correctly than anyone I've met before. 5-Stars and I would and have recommended Lon Smith to my brother who purchased a roof from them and another house we have was completed by them which is a rental unit near by. "Brandon Overby came to my home to inspect for wind and hail damage and found that there was none. While on the roof he pointed out that leaves and tree debris had accumulated in the roof valley. He asked for a broom and hose. Then cleaned it away all at no charge. Thanks Brandon for being a honest and caring person. I will call T Rock when I need repairs in the future."

"Jake Camp did such a good job making sure that we got excellent workmanship with our roof being replaced. He had to work hard to get all our challenges accomplished, because our roof had need for two crickets which is now required but was not when our last roof was put on. Our insurance company did not want to pay an appropriate amount in April during the covid challenge so we had to go to arbitration. They did get everything done for us including almost all of our gutters replaced even after our insurance company tried not to replace the gutters."

Also looked over the interior of our home and was able to get our insurance company to repair and paint our ceiling also. He and his crew were at our home within a week. Had the roof done in one day. Gutters were done the following day. Excellent work. Extremely happy. Russell is a really personable man also. Easy to talk to and he will give you multiple options for your needs. We really really trust him. We did have some hail this last year and I asked him if he would come do an inspection. He was there the next day. No damage.
