We worked with Craig Merrils on securing a quote and scheduling the work. He was wonderful to work with, came in fairly priced, and was super responsive to all our needs. Josue supervised the work onsite. The staff was highly skilled and hard working. They are committed to quality and definitely the best out there in terms of detailed, lasting work. They also use high-grade, low-toxin paint, which was important to us. After the job was complete, Craig and Josue went carefully over the work with us, and addressed any and all touch ups that were needed. "Mr. Menendez's crew arrived on time and prepared for work. I had two old wooden exterior columns that had been dry rotting. The crew replaced the columns with a custom PVC wrap. The columns were securely installed to ensure no future water or termite damage. Next, the crew primed my exterior mouldings, my rusted railings, and the awning above the porch, all of which were over 20 years old, rusted, and a huge eyesore. The following day, the crew returned to complete painting, reinstallation of the railings, and the final touch which was painting my security door and my front door! They provided new screws for the railing and painted my front door blue--- both of which were complentry to the work I paid for."

I contracted Jose again this year to paint our master bedroom suite, guest bedroom and bathroom, and we were again very pleased. We did not need ceilings or trim done. "It's always a relief when you find a contractor who cares about the quality of their work. That is Mr. Leal. I hired him to rehang our exterior french doors that were poorly installed. It can be very difficult to find help for for small jobs, but Mr. Leal agreed. Needless to say, the doors now function perfectly. I was impressed for following reasons. His team was very communicative. My initial call was returned within an hour or two and he was scheduled to see me the next day. He and his colleague took care of my home. Not only did they fix the doors, but they were obviously very careful when doing so. They even vacuumed while sanding the doors. No trace was left of their work except for the perfectly swinging doors. Honestly, I think care for another's home is as important as one's ability to do the work. My strong impression is Mr. Leal cares that his work is well done. Hire him."

We got several estimates - E.M.Texture was very competitive. What impressed us most was how patient and transparent Rob was. He explained what needed to be done and provided several alternatives depending on the scope of the work. He was very responsive and answered all of our questions. The crew was very prompt, professional and courteous. They cleaned the work area every evening. The finished product looks terrific. I can't over emphasize how terrific E.M. Texture was to work with.
