"I hired him and gave him 50% down payment ($2500). I had to wait for 2 months for him to begin. Once he started, it took him 2 weeks. It is a very small space. I paid and then, I noticed that grass (he called it sage) was coming out of where he had just installed the aritificial turf. He said that I should pull it out and put something on that would kill the sage. I said that could not that, because I am allergic to that stuff. But, he said that he good do it. That was the start of the problem. He promised he would come out to do it. After several appointments (and many times of rescheduling), he didn't show up until 2.5 months had gone by. I finally had to have my son get involved, which caused him to finally do the spraying for the sage problem."
