However, they then claimed I was never on a month-to-month agreement but was instead locked into an annual contract and demanded payment for a full 12 months of awful service. When I refused to pay, they sent me to a collections agency. Save your money, lawn, and time—avoid this fraudulent company at all costs!! Do yourself a favor and seek out another service. I have since reported them to the BBB."

"***BEWARE***Last week while I was traveling for work, my wife noticed the smell of a dead animal coming from our daughters room. Critter Control was contact and came out. The Consultant forced my wife to pay IN FULL $2,500 or he would not remove the animal. Part of the charges was something called "Full Exclusion Repairs". Listed in scope of work was a bunch of work that WAS NOT completed. This is some of the most unscrupulous business practices I have ever seen as long as I have lived in South Florida. They flat out lied about the work performed and took advantage of desperate mother."
