The actual price for the service still is unclear to me although I have asked numerous questions about how it was determined. The answers are circular and cost was based on phone conversations as well as email messages. The email shows a total of about $1,400-1,500, with a discount of some $351, making the cost around $1,050. I made 9 payments of $133, total of around $1,000-1,100. After I informed them that I was not renewing, I suddenly owed them the ?balance ? of the contract, $398. I?m paying it but am very disappointed."

I contacted Pacific Lawn several times to correct the invoice and they insisted that I received 3 METAL heads whereas the invoice billed me for 3 PLASTIC. heads.
