Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. If you’re planning a move, ask for Rico and Reyes by name. They went above and beyond, and I want their team to know what a fantastic job they did. "Quite the opposite, broken lamps, no wardrobe boxes, ( which I requested), clothes dumped with hangers in large boxes, items left on truck, and the list goes on. Completely missed my 2nd bedroom closet. I had to get all my summer clothes down and load them into my car. I had the doors labeled and just about everything but the beds were in the wrong rooms, even though they were labeled for each room. Put the wrong frames on bed and my good mattress couldn't hold it. It broke in the middle of the night. Should warn you, this review will never see the light of day. There have been class action suits against this company for years. But the still manage to manipulate the reviews. I'm such a fool for hiring them. "
