"I paid an excessive amount of money to replace the heating system. The sales rep gave us comfort that everything will be done right and the two experienced and fully licensed professionals will be doing the work and that there is a no-excuse warranty, 1 degree guarantee, and 10 years on both the service and hardware. It just so happened that after the install, I told the installer I smelt gas and to check everything. He simply waved it off and said it's fine, give it some time. I told AJ Perri multiple times that there is a gas leak and I asked them to rectify the situation. I called them multiple times to send someone to fix the issue immediately and urgently, but they refused to commit to any resolution and won't send anyone until the gas is turned off for the whole building. I explained that its a condo and that the unit itself in the utility closet has a separate gas shutoff valve. Knowing this, they refused to remediate the gas leak."

"Working with Carl, Karen and Jack at CTS Electric was a truly excellent experience, and I am so glad we found them! The generator we ordered, a 20 Kw Briggs & Stratton unit, arrived on time and was quickly followed up with a highly professional installation. Even when the usual installation "challenges" came up, all was taken in stride and professionally resolved, most likely taking more time than had been anticipated, at NO additional charge. Jack was even able to come back later, on an additional job that got our WiFi working better than ever - yes, they do that too! Our installation is very neat and completely unobtrusive. And, we have already had a chance to see how well the installation works. Our power went out for 12 hours just one week after the unit was installed. But for us, it was only out for about 25 seconds!
