"0 stars is what I would like to enter. Extremely poor service, came 2 times to fix a leak. Caused a new leak and they refused to take ownership for it. The owner, Brendan, was extremely rude when I tried to explain what occurred. This is an example of how Brenden responded to me via text: Brenden: "I'm not gonna fight with you over it the video clearly shows the line isn't leaking the blue valve housing is. There is no way you had a drip that bad for 2 weeks and just noticed it today. You noticed a tiny defrost water leak 12 hrs after they left. They didn't unhook the water or turn the water off or mess with the water in any way so there's no way they cracked the valve. I am not replacing a part we didn't break or damage. Period. " Me: "Brendan, thanks for your time. You know this isn't right. I was referred to you by a very good friend, disappointing. Referrals go a long way as you know. I'll be sure to pass along this thread and the experience to him and all the other businesses owners in our network. God bless""

Left a toilet in my closet which I was told was to be picked up 9 days ago. Called and spoke with Jasmine who was absolutely rude and condescending and refused to give me a day for the toilet to be picked up. Save yourself the headache and find anyone else."

When they arrived they did actually work the work just wasn’t satisfactory. I appreciate that Tristan did attempt to make things right. I’m disappointed at the fact that I wasn’t included in the decision making process as only I have a vision of how I want my home to look. The door is gorgeous. Thank you to Roger Soto for making the effort to do the work with pride and effort. Just because it wasn’t a smooth process for me doesn’t mean the same for you. Things were not conducted to my expectations. This may not be how Amberstone does business or wants to be known to operate but this is what happened. And this is my honest review as a patronage of a business I have a right to leave a review of my experience regardless if it’s positive or negative it’s not personal."
