"Patrick came to my home the same afternoon to give me an estimate & was willing to start that afternoon or the next day. I was worried about the heat advisory, but he said there was no problem with that. He & his assistant came the next day and did a wonderful job on the yard. There was quite a bit of clean-up/trimming, etc. They did everything even better than expected and did an awesome job of removing all of the yardwaste & branches as well. I highly recommend this company."

"No work was done today yet they want to charge me $92. The appointment was set up over 20 days ago. Never have I had a company not send a reminder. When I ask, the lady tells me they have over 200 or 2000 customers so cannot do reminders and that I did not ask for a reminder. The units are Airbnbs, I try to be courteous to my guests by announcing when I am coming to the property. Additionally, with blow out, the water will need to be shut-off temporarily, I cannot just do that last minute without notice. Furthermore, the initial appointment was for 3pm – 5pm but the guy shows up just after 12noon and now you want to charge me? And for what exactly as no work has been done. Reminders are easy to set up as a business. Even an outlook or google calendar will set up reminders. I will NOT be using this company and would rather find another company that will not be this disorganized and then act like asking for a reminder is a “special request.”"

"Chris & Trinton at High Meadows are Fantastic! My husband & I have been living out in the Black Forest for almost 25 years. Now that we both are seniors with health issues, we cannot even begin to try to do any snow removal in our driveway that gets terrible drifting. Over all these past years, we have had so many contractors come & go. This winter we found Chris & he has been such a "Blessing" to us ......he is the most polite, sincere, honest, dependable young man I have ever met. When Chris says he will get the job done, he will! "I had been a client of Lifescape for 25 years. They did work for me at my home and then did a major project on my roof top garden. The roof top work included installing a mister system which for the most part never really worked properly and was been disbanded a few years after installed. Another part of the roof top was installing a drip system in 2008. They maintained the drip system over the years. I began to have problems with the drip system in 2019. Over the last two years after many phone calls, poor follow up and various repair visits, I determined I needed to put in a new system. Lifescapes did not even follow up with a new plan or estimate for a new system after promising to do so. Over the last two years I found them to be unresponsive, unprofessional and unwilling to provide service on their own work."
