"After nine years of perfect performance, the shade on our vented/shaded skylight started to randomly fail. I contacted the manufacturer, but after a week of emailing back and forth and not getting anywhere, I gave up. I called Carlos at C&A Skylights hoping that an installer would be more familiar with troubleshooting than the manufacturer and, wow, what a surprise. Carlos was able to assist in trouble-shooting, provide specific instructions on operation and programming, and charged a extremely reasonable fee. I will definitely be contacting C&A Skylight for any future skylight purchases, repairs, or suggestions. Thank you Carlos!"
