"We called in April  2015to have trees trimmed/removed.  We were told that they were booked until June and they provided a quote for the work.  We were happy they were able to send a regular lawn maintenance crew and we were happy with the service (other than mowing the garden vegetables).  We never know when they will show up but they seem to always come the day after my husband already mows the too tall grass.  But the workers are <strong>very hard working</strong> and do a good job of keeping the yard looking good.  They don't speak English so sometimes it's hard to communicate and give direction (like please don't mow the vegetables). <br /> Back to trees.  The tree crew did not show up in June, and a tree already has fallen on the ohana damaging the roof.  Husband called in July, and Branch-Out said they had some issues with hiring workers and they would be here next month (August).  Too late!  I can't wait 4 months with neighbors complaining about trees going through the fence and tree limbs falling on the roof.   <br /> Additionally, the quote we were given was for removing Christmas Berry bushes (we don't have any) and didn't even mention the panax and fan palms, which we need trimmed/removed.  So we got someone else's quote.  Branch-Out was going to send out a brand new crew this week, but without a foreman and we said no!  We need a *managed* crew and someone to talk to.  I think they are just too busy and understaffed for new business. <br /> We hired them because they have done  a great job (long time) for my neighbors, but we didn't get the same quality service.  I'm sure they'll be great if they grow their service and hire more crew, but I can't wait for that time and need a new tree trimming service now. <br />"
