I've been planning to do work to My house for about a year now and have gotten multiple Companies to come look but wasn’t feeling comfortable as no one really stood out to me I actually contacted ET but was unsure of what exactly needed to be done and what I wanted the outcome to look like I called them twice and finally met Emil who's the main reason why I finally got the job completed since I had been in limbo for so long. "I had an excellent experience with Ocean Seven Builders that I wanted to share with the google community. I had a kitchen and 2 bathrooms remodeling project, and I had no idea where to start. I interviewed a few companies but Eli, from Ocean Seven Builders, was super informative, honest and straight-forward. Throughout the entire project, communication was great and they always kept us informed and updated on the progress. Whenever we were uncertain about a decision, they patiently walked us through the options and made sure we were happy with the results. "Landmark construction and energy crew executed a whole kitchen renovation for us, including custom cabinets, new floors, new countertops, electrical (sub panel with lights and switches), recessed lighting covering, plumbing fixtures, took down wall to expand the kitchen area by merging it to the living room space. The cost included all the materials for cabinets and countertops, backsplash tiles, new floors and the appliances. We are thrilled with our new kitchen! Charlie, Nir and the workers did an excellent work and while the whole job was completed in less than a month. You could see how hard they worked in order to keep the work moving so it will be done in that time period that they originally promised us. On top of that, they worked hard to get things to our requirements (i.e. to stain the cabinets, complete the paint etc…). We all were pleasant and satisfied to have them work at our house and mainly with Charlie (project manager) that was approachable and supportive when we had requests or problems. I must mention that on few times, we were bothered with some of the workers when they didn’t show up when they should, or worked more hours on the electricity panel. Clearly enough, it’s normal that you must have to handle a lot of problems when you decide on going for this type of project. The final cost was the same as we agreed with them at first, although we were sure that it will be increased due to some additional things that we did during the work and that were not included in the first estimate/agreement. Overall, we would give LANDMARK CONSTRUCTION AND ENERGY CREW Construction a strong recommendation!"
