He gave us great recommendations, kept us in the loop on timing, stayed on schedule, kept the job site clean, and the results are excellent. With a south-facing side that gets hammered with sun all day, we had a lot of prep with window trim and T-111 panel replacement. Jesse got it done in the heat of summer and we are so pleased with the results of the exterior paint that we are having him do some interior work as well. I highly recommend his work."

"I have an 86 year old home I'm trying to sell. It had painted hardwood floors under paint that someone painted! What a crime! I had Tim come out and refinish all three of my bedrooms. Oh my goodness, once I saw the finished pro, I wished to God I had had Tim done my floors 8 years ago when I bought the home. He was fast, worked so hard to get the floors perfect. "We hired Jessie and his crew to paint our exterior. He did a great job. We loved the way it turned out and hired them again to paint the inside of the home (no easy task). They did a great job there too. I couldn't be happier with the result. His prices are very reasonable, they do quick and quality work. They are very good noticing the details and Jesse is very responsive to texts/calls. I would hire them for any of my painting needs in the future."

"Brian was very personable and quick to respond to our request for a bid. They even moved the job date up by a few weeks. Unfortunately, we were out of the country when the job was performed. I think, had we been in the country and able to supervise the work being performed we may have had a better outcome. Looking at the home from the street, everything looked good. However, when you were right up on the house looking at the worked performed there were several areas that were missed during the spraying process. The estimate stated that all new/raw siding and trim would receive 2 "healthy" coats of primer and 2 "additional" coats of paint. Unfortunately this was not done and we had to put a second coat of paint on all new/raw siding and trim. The estimate also stated that they would sand and scrape all areas needed. One area in particular on the existing structure desperately needed "wood filler" and we pointed this out during the walk-thru but when we returned home they had simply painted over the area in question so we had to do that work ourselves. Lastly, we do not believe that the railing on our front porch was properly prepared because the paint started bubbling and peeling so we had to sand and repaint that area ourselves as well. If you are wondering if we called and complained about the work performed on our home the answer is NO we did not. Why would we call them back out to fix all these problems if they couldn't perform the work correctly the first time."

"I have used people to help me with different projects on my different homes throughout the years and l must say I was totally amazed.I,m very happy with Bethlehem's work ethics ,workmanship as well as his personally he did a wonderful job and he listened to what l wanted. This table is very old and actually came apart in his hands l watched him put it back together and attached it to the wall. He knew exactly what needed to be done and did it. "I had Ocean Seven Builders replace a roof on my primary residence along with a rental property of mine. They knocked out the work at my house in one day and were done by 1pm on the rental property. They were prompt and showed up first thing in the morning and did a lot of prep work to make sure there wasn't any debris falling on my deck table or in my air conditioner. They contacted me once during the day to confirm the color of two vents. I stopped by at lunch and they answered all questions, etc. When I came home in the evening from work they were leaving and they did not leave any trash, nails, etc at all. The roof looks great after the work was completed. I would hire them again."

"Landmark construction and energy crew executed a whole kitchen renovation for us, including custom cabinets, new floors, new countertops, electrical (sub panel with lights and switches), recessed lighting covering, plumbing fixtures, took down wall to expand the kitchen area by merging it to the living room space. The cost included all the materials for cabinets and countertops, backsplash tiles, new floors and the appliances. We are thrilled with our new kitchen! Charlie, Nir and the workers did an excellent work and while the whole job was completed in less than a month. You could see how hard they worked in order to keep the work moving so it will be done in that time period that they originally promised us. On top of that, they worked hard to get things to our requirements (i.e. to stain the cabinets, complete the paint etc…). We all were pleasant and satisfied to have them work at our house and mainly with Charlie (project manager) that was approachable and supportive when we had requests or problems. I must mention that on few times, we were bothered with some of the workers when they didn’t show up when they should, or worked more hours on the electricity panel. Clearly enough, it’s normal that you must have to handle a lot of problems when you decide on going for this type of project. The final cost was the same as we agreed with them at first, although we were sure that it will be increased due to some additional things that we did during the work and that were not included in the first estimate/agreement. Overall, we would give LANDMARK CONSTRUCTION AND ENERGY CREW Construction a strong recommendation!"
