I've been planning to do work to My house for about a year now and have gotten multiple Companies to come look but wasn’t feeling comfortable as no one really stood out to me I actually contacted ET but was unsure of what exactly needed to be done and what I wanted the outcome to look like I called them twice and finally met Emil who's the main reason why I finally got the job completed since I had been in limbo for so long. Emil and I discussed the ideas I had in mind and confidently gave me feed back and made me feel comfortable to proceed with the job I had been putting off for so long He's super friendly, positive, professional, and creative. They completed the exterior, fence around the house, The garage, Interior bedrooms, fixed all minor and major details I was about to pretty much call it quits on the house but Emil told me he’d get it done properly and looking good and I have to agree with that. "I cannot say enough about Jesse and his team. They were amazing and did excellent work. I had Jesse paint the interior of my home and the attention to detail was outstanding. The home looks amazing. His professionalism, prompt communication, expertise, and work ethic is amazing. He absolutely cares that you are 100% satisfied before he finishes and takes pride in his work, I truly like that every day he discussed where they were at and the plan for the next day and they followed through and showed up as scheduled. "Brian was very personable and quick to respond to our request for a bid. They even moved the job date up by a few weeks. Unfortunately, we were out of the country when the job was performed. I think, had we been in the country and able to supervise the work being performed we may have had a better outcome. Looking at the home from the street, everything looked good. However, when you were right up on the house looking at the worked performed there were several areas that were missed during the spraying process. The estimate stated that all new/raw siding and trim would receive 2 "healthy" coats of primer and 2 "additional" coats of paint. Unfortunately this was not done and we had to put a second coat of paint on all new/raw siding and trim. The estimate also stated that they would sand and scrape all areas needed. One area in particular on the existing structure desperately needed "wood filler" and we pointed this out during the walk-thru but when we returned home they had simply painted over the area in question so we had to do that work ourselves. Lastly, we do not believe that the railing on our front porch was properly prepared because the paint started bubbling and peeling so we had to sand and repaint that area ourselves as well. If you are wondering if we called and complained about the work performed on our home the answer is NO we did not. Why would we call them back out to fix all these problems if they couldn't perform the work correctly the first time."

"I hired Landmark construction & energy crew for a 650 sq/ft. of living room addition. Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead. This was very responsible from them to do. 3) Charlie the Project Manager was available and reached all the time. When he couldn’t talk or answered, he called within the hour. In regards to pricing… the price that we got from Landmark construction & energy crew was in the middle range. Charlie came over to the house several times to discuss about the details and the process of the project, and after that he start working on the estimate."
