"I called Moule Paint and Glass and their two window workers showed up on time on the day scheduled to my convenience. They checked the slider and replaced rollers - very efficient and polite. I showed them two other windows that would not open at all: they fixed one just by working with it, and returned about a week later with a part that had to be ordered for the other one. All three work perfectly. They combined the two visits as one for billing purposes. I could not be more pleased. <br /> Have also had the screen replaced on a sliding screen door - fast job and reasonable. "Landmark construction and energy crew executed a whole kitchen renovation for us, including custom cabinets, new floors, new countertops, electrical (sub panel with lights and switches), recessed lighting covering, plumbing fixtures, took down wall to expand the kitchen area by merging it to the living room space. The cost included all the materials for cabinets and countertops, backsplash tiles, new floors and the appliances. We are thrilled with our new kitchen! Charlie, Nir and the workers did an excellent work and while the whole job was completed in less than a month. You could see how hard they worked in order to keep the work moving so it will be done in that time period that they originally promised us. On top of that, they worked hard to get things to our requirements (i.e. to stain the cabinets, complete the paint etc…). We all were pleasant and satisfied to have them work at our house and mainly with Charlie (project manager) that was approachable and supportive when we had requests or problems. I must mention that on few times, we were bothered with some of the workers when they didn’t show up when they should, or worked more hours on the electricity panel. Clearly enough, it’s normal that you must have to handle a lot of problems when you decide on going for this type of project. The final cost was the same as we agreed with them at first, although we were sure that it will be increased due to some additional things that we did during the work and that were not included in the first estimate/agreement. Overall, we would give LANDMARK CONSTRUCTION AND ENERGY CREW Construction a strong recommendation!"

"The Cobex team provided amazing exterior paintwork and repairs to the imperfect-smooth exterior finish of our two-story home in El Dorado Hills. We used the Cool Wall products, and we're looking forward to a reduction in heat and improved insulation qualities. The preparation work, the COBEX team, provided was meticulous to get everything that was loose off of the 18-year original finish. The crew expertly masked off the gutters, fascia, windows, surrounding exposed patio, stonework and covered the plantings and exposed concrete with drop cloths. The team expertly patched the imperfect-smooth stucco, primed, sealed the windows and door frames and applied a final finish over a period of 8 days. The Cobex crew were neat, protected all of the plantings around the house and did a great clean up at the end.
