"When my house got hit by lightning, I was fortunate to be paired with Missi, from Victoria Picket. Missi treated my 85-year-old home as if it were her own. She ensured my fireplace, wood floors, lathe and plaster walls/ceiling, and wood trim (including picture railings) were restored using original materials or materials of matching quality and craftsmanship. "We recently had our master bathroom renovated by Ovation Restoration, LLC. We discussed what we were looking for and our budget and Rick indicated he could do the job within that budget. We are very happy with the bathroom now. The old bathroom was very builder basic and now it is much more us with our choice of items (flooring, tile, cabinets, countertops, sinks, tub, faucets, etc.). We encountered a few minor bumps in the road and the project ended up taking just a little longer than expected but I have heard stories from others on their projects taking two or three times longer with other contractors so not bad at all. All the delays were outside the control of Ovation. We did encounter an extra cost on some replumbing, but Rick helped us out a bit by giving us a discount in the end. The workers and contractors were easy to talk with, but we did have issues from time to time communicating with one of the workers. It all worked out in the end. Joshua had great attention to detail, and he continually kept us updated on the progress. His assistance in helping us to decide the layout for the shower walls was important to our satisfaction with the bathroom. We were told that they would clean up a bit at the end of each day but that seldom happened on our project. We have a couple of minor issues that I am sure will be taken care of soon but overall, a better experience than I expected. We will contact Rick and Ovation Restoration for our next project and would recommend him for your next project. Thanks again Rick."

These folks didn’t just redo our bathroom. they glammed it up, gave it a personality, pazaz and probably a better credit score. Lol. The crew showed up on time (a miracle), didn’t leave a mess (another miracle), and somehow made demolition look fun they turned our 1960s crime scene of a bathroom into something so beautiful, I’m considering hosting dinner parties in there. They were professional, efficient, and had the bathroom done in a jiffy. If your bathroom is sad, dated, or smells like broken dreams and makeup, call these miracle workers. 10/10 would let them tear apart my house again. 🥹🤣"
