Everything I planted the next week is growing! The old rubber and plastic borders that I REALLY needed hauled to the dump never left as he was in a hurry to leave and saw he would return the next weekend to take away. NOT! Being a trusting person I did not check his work before I paid him. As I felt his charge was exorbitant for three hours of work I paid it thinking he was going to return to finish the job.
