"Met Joshua by accident while at a tree farm. He walked us around and explained what is good for our project and what to avoid. Without looking anywhere else, we hired him on the spot. Joshua is genuine and honest - exactly what we were looking for as we are new to The Villages. They started three weeks later after all agreeing to the project scope and quote. We added 6 palms and a rock wall around the house. Joshua and tony met every expectation all the while fitting in the numerous changes we requested along the way. Highly recommend and will hire him again when we expand our beautiful landscape."

"was treated with honesty, dignity, and professionalism. A quick survey of the situation was done and a fair quote was stated. The timeline was agreed upon and true to their word they were on the job when stated and completed the digging, stamping and framing for the slab.. Unfortunately the weather delayed the cement truck, and EJS explained the delay with empathy and concern. When the cement was poured the crew worked to get the exact dimensions and precision leveling. A prefect result. They had enough cement to provide a small ramp to the slab and had extra crushed cement that would allow me to use on a different project. I was very pleased with the whole process and the excellent workmanship and courtesy of the EJS crew. Great work and I highly recommend."

"Best Sod vendor in TV. Do you need high quality St. Augustine Sod? Call Codys Sod and Landscaping… I am glad I did. Service and communication were both excellent. I ordered a pallet of sod, and they used gas powered skimmer to remove the grass down to the sand, then laid a layer of rich dark topsoil, and then installed some of the highest quality sod I have ever seen. They said it was cut that morning. This is a review from a happy paying customer trying to share with my neighbors a great contractor you can rely on that has a high-quality product. Hard to find. Call Cody at 352-933-1145. Tell him Fred sent you (inside joke)."
