"I would highly recommend Charito's plastering for your stucco repair and replacement. They were fair in their price, showed up on time, finished the job on time and everything looks beautiful."

"Was very happy with the overall project that included painting, and some drywall repair. The crew was punctual, good quality, and customer service oriented. Also offered a very competitive price and was easy to work with. I would definitely hire them again."

"Very nice owners. They provided a quote for the job that was very reasonable. They were able to start the work very quickly. It was comfortable having them in our home. I didn't really even know they were there, so quiet and respectful. Alex does wonderful work. Absolutely beautiful, clean and perfect finish on the drywall. His wife, Adi, kept me informed on his estimated time of arrival each day he came to work. Drywall, as you know, requires a certain amount of down time to allow for drying etc. Being informed about when they would be in our home was very helpful. My only regret it that we didn't have the work done sooner! I'd highly recommend them!"

"Daniel did an outstanding job. He completed all parts of the job in an orderly and systemic manner. The repaired damage looks like it never happened. After completion, the entire work area was spotless. I would definitely use Daniel again."

"Juan is great! He was professional and HONEST! Extremely respectful of us and our home! A+++! Hire these guys! You will not regret it! 21 windows repaired and you can’t tell anything was done, looks wonderful! Thank you Juan!"

"Eduardo is a skilled craftsman for drywall repair and texture! He is very respectful of your property. Before he took one step into our house he started rolling and taping paper down on the hardwood floors. Carpets, walls and windows were all protected from the texturing spray. He closed up 4 receptical boxes in the drywall and re-textured. Eduardo was timely at 7am (his request), takes pride in his work and cleaned up when he was done; even vacuumed the floors and carpets!"

"PatchMaster repaired the drywall in a 3x4' portion of the ceiling that had a water leak repaired. the estimation process was simple. Russel and I exchanged text and photos, and he came to the house to confirm his understanding of the scope of the work. I was on their schedule a week later, and the drywaller arrived a few minutes early. He installed furniture and carpet protection from the job site all the way to the door to ensure that he kept the hours clean. His demolition was fast and he let me inspect the are in the cavity before install the patch so I could quickly check for other plumbing issues. His patch work and texturing were also quick and tidy, and the match to the surrounding/untouched ceiling looks pretty good. Over all, I am very happy with PatchMaster and will use them again for drywall needs. Their price was fair as compared to several other quotes I received. I felt that Russel demonstrated the most comprehensive understanding of the work and what needed."

"Dillan with Larry’s legacy land works did a phenomenal job installing our kitchen floor ! Great attention to detail"

"We had Roberto install sprinkler system, sod and a retaining wall. Price was fair, wished the sod had been rolled, some of the rock never was cleaned up. Very responsive when we had questions, came back out quickly when we noticed a few yellow spots in the sod."

"I have a large yard that has been neglected for years and it became a dumping ground for extra junk. A neighbor recommended Blueprint Facilities group after they completed some work on their house so I went online and setup a consult. They setup a whole plan with my choice of designs for property and immediately started the first project of junk removal. The whole yard needed to be cleared of all kinds of debris and leftover building material and junk. They were professional and meticulous in their work and detail and started the project practically immediately with the junk removal and cleanup. Thanks for your great service!"
