He does extra things when I ask, such as removing a spreading plant, usually without additional charge. Every year my HOA gives me a compliment/thanks for the way my yard looks. And it's kind of a complicated yard to manage. I also trust Juan to do other jobs for me, such as cleaning gutters, washing decks, and pressure washing the driveway. He's a nice guy."
