Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress. "Never having wood flooring before, I used products that were recommended to me or had seen on TV. <br /> After using these products, my dog would walk (or run) across the floor and leave horrible white scratches. Not knowing any better, I would try and cover them with more and more product. What she was scratching was the build-up of these products and not the wood. <br /> I call Laws to order Bona Polish remover and was told that they would be happy to order it for me but that it probably would not work. I was told that they did have a service where they would come in and with a chemical and squeegee machine, should be able to remove all the build up products and return my wood flooring to the original condition. I figured what the heck, the floors were basically ruined anyway. <br /> James came out and looked at the floor and did a test on it to see if the products could be removed. Thank goodness it could! <br /> James and his crew came out yesterday morning and 3 hours later my floor looks BEAUTIFUL!!!! And all the places I thought my dog had scratched, NOTHING!!!! <br /> James gave me a lesson in the proper way to keep my floor looking as great as it does now. <br /> I recommend Law Flooring 100% and plan on having them come and do some tile work for me in the near future. <br /> I recommend this wood floor service to anyone that has made the same mistake I did!! <br /> Thank you so much Laws!!"

"They arrived promptly and I showed them the trouble areas. The supervisor checked the stains out and decided what type of stain it was and what the cleaning procedure would be. This was a house that we had bought that previously was lived in by three young students. Needless to say the carpet had not been cleaned or kept up with regularly. They cleaned the carpet and the areas that I was concerned with cleaned up nicely. I then asked them about the tile and grout in the kitchen. They cleaned that also even though they had not expected to do that, nor did they have a special attachment to their equipment, but it turned out good. They got some towels and tried it by hand. They also helped me with some greasy stains in the garage floor with some degreaser. I couldn't have asked for more. <br />"

"Cleaned carpets started to show dirt only several months after cleaning and I asked for special treatment to prevent rapid soiling. One carpet had been in place for more than 10 years and the others for almost 10 years.  Two were only beginning to show dirt and the others not at all when cleaned  so they shouldn't soil so rapidly.  Had to call second time as first cleaning wasn't adequate although there may have been some miscommunication the first time.  Nice people but mediocre results."
