"They wanted us to pay upfront. We did. We paid $100 to get 2 mows per month. We got our first mow on June 11th. We should have gotten another mow on June 25th. I'd assume since they know we have an agreement, they will fulfill it. Yesterday, July 1st, we had to mow our lawn ourselves. (My husband is 62 and I am 61.) I am going to share the photos of our yard prior us mowing. Greenland Lawn Maintenance does not communicate with the customer via phone or email. I personally do not expect the only way to communicate with someone I'm paying and have an agreement with would only be through Angi! As you can see our lawn looked like hell by July 1st. I asked for a refund since the 1st mow did not include trimming at all and the face we needed to mow our own lawn after paying them $100 to mow us 2x per month. They are a terrible company and not reliable at all! "

The appointment was scheduled without a long delay, and he maintained contact to confirm details and arrival time on the appointment day. He mowed the lawn and weed whipped the perimeter of the fence, and the work was done efficiently and well. Germany Norris and Cassie Norris are kind hearted people and it was very easy to interact with both of them. This was the first meeting and I am happy overall with the contact and the job well done.
