They were able to schedule for 2 days later Tech arrived on time and immediately went to work applying thorough treatments throughout the premises as well as outside areas. Will be using annual program of 4 treatments. Have used lawn fertilization services for the last two years with good results and healthy looking lawn."

"They treat a bunch of homes in our neighborhood, so we figured we'd give them a try. Paid for a year of service. Lawn looks just as bad, if not worse, at the end of it. Specifically asked if we needed to re-sod, etc. any areas at the start and was told they would get it all under control. Multiple times we were in the backyard, pool, etc. without seeing anyone from the company, but magically their "Lawn Treated" sign would pop up in our front yard during that time. I'm thoroughly convinced at this point that they don't actually do anything other than drop the signs off in your yard. Sent a letter detailing these reasons for canceling and received no reply whatsoever. Not a good way to do business."

"I used Truly Nolan for my Termite Inspection when I purchased the home. They gave it the all clear. I hired them to do the pest control on my home and paid for the entire year. After that, I found drywood termites in the window seat and this year I found siginificant past termite damage in the walls of the master bath during a renovation. the walls and insulation had to be rebuilt. DON'T trust them with your most expensive investment! Since I had already paid for the whole year, I asked them to credit my account for the charge, and they refused. During the year, it routinely took 10 days for an in person treatment response, when pests were found, and they never eliminated silver fish, nor ghost ants (which became an infestation after 6 months, in spite of many calls for service on that front), nor Australian cockroaches. I have no pets and live alone, and keep an impressively cared-for home - which cars & walkers will regularly stop by to ask me & my visitors where I found the landscape accents, lighting, rocks, drain correction remedies, driveway treatment, walkway treatment, etc."

"While not the cheapest, you definitely get what you pay for with this Company. Kevin, the technician was patient and understood our concern and listened to what "we" thought was wrong. He ended up having to run a new line (which we expected) under the driveway. My Brother would have had to done this if we didn't find this Company. Kevin made it seem easy (but it wasn't I'm sure) even though he ran into a big rock or piece of concrete. He continued to then replace my timer and show me how to operate it and set some new heads on a couple sprinklers because he could see they were the wrong ones originally set up."
