This means they aren't inspecting the lawn for problems, which is half the job in my estimation. Drop the note, drop the fertilizer and go. Spoke with service reps and office personnel in order to solve problems on lawn and get them to address looking at the lawn, but the company didn't listen. They put a marker out in the grass to stay off of it while it is drying. They leave a note in your door that says we were out this is what we did and the solutions we put. They tell you what solutions they happen to put down whether it is fertilizer, weed killer, or grub control. We don't basically hear from them until the next month. I would say the price is fair, but I don't know how competitive it is. If it was real expensive, we wouldn't be doing it."
