This means they aren't inspecting the lawn for problems, which is half the job in my estimation. Drop the note, drop the fertilizer and go. Spoke with service reps and office personnel in order to solve problems on lawn and get them to address looking at the lawn, but the company didn't listen. "I cannot say enough about this company.  Although it took 3 months for the project to start after initial consultation, (due to heavy rains), but it was soooo worth the wait.   I must say that it was pricey, but I know for a fact that I, or any other local company could not have come up with this look.  I have over 25 types of plants, including japanese maples, moss covered boulders, undulating beds...it's amazing.  It took a team of 5 two days to complete.  They were very professional, polite, and cleaned up after themselves extremely well.  I now have a front yard that I look forward to being in, and me and my husband both find ourselves staring at the beauty of it.  Becky said we would have color, color, color and I can't wait for Spring to see what it will look like!  Bottom line....if  you wan't custom, one-of-a-kind landscaping...and have the budget to do so...Small's is it! <br />"
