"I had a roof leak, and wanted some old solar panels from the 80's removed, he called me Saturday around 12:30, shortly after I listed, what I needed done, he came by at 4:30 pm, we both went up on the roof, I showed him, what I wanted done, we agreed to terms, said he could have it done ,by the latest Tuesday, I said great, so he calls me up Tuesday Morning, tells me he is on his way there, I got home at 3:30 pm, the job is done, looks incredible, looks like the solar panels, we're never installed, fix the leak, by the way, he was able to find blue shingles, that they no longer made, I would highly recommend Sal and his team , they are the best, thanks Sal"

"Incredible work on a new roof. Joe does a amazing job working with the insurance company. All the people that work for Joe are very friendly and care about their clients. Great job and the clean up was outstanding, very happy."

"Cory followed through with his word- kept me informed. And was fair and honest."

"Lakewood Exteriors did an outstanding job. My home has a tile roof is that is extremely difficult to work on. The Lakewood Exteriors team performed a tune up on my roof with the ease of a true professional. I plan on using them for future exterior work on my house."

"We are very satisfied with our experience with using AE as our general contractor for the repairs to our house following the catastrophic hail storm that hit Fountain, Colorado on 13 June 2018, and would recommend them to anyone. They were doing the same work for a neighbor whose judgement I trust because, like me, he is very picky and exacting. Tony Turner offered to give us a free estimate, and we ended up signing a contract with AE. They are experienced in dealing with the insurance companies and inspectors. Tony was present when the USAA claims inspector came, and helped me make sure everything was completely documented. The initial settlement estimate from USAA was enough to cover all repairs, and we didn't have to argue for additional money. We got a new roof which is not only far better than our old one, but better than the new roofs many of our neighbors have. The materials have a true 50-year transferable warranty. We got all new windows which were far better than the original ones, new gutters, exterior paint, new garage door, and refinished our fence and deck. Everything was done well, in a timely manner, and within the budget of our claim settlement funds. Every item was replaced or repaired better than it was before, which has increased the resale value of our house. One huge advantage of using AE as a general contractor for the work covered by our insurance claim is that we did not have to pay any costs up front for materials, etc., which we couldn't have done. It took 6 months for our mortgage company to release our claim settlement funds, but AE was able to wait to be paid in full in one lump sum. The fact that they are an established and reputable company whose main office is in Denver means that, unlike many of the fly-by-night roofers and contractors who flocked to the area after the storm, they will be here to stand behind their work, including that of their subcontractors."

"Mike did a good job repairing our heavy snow damaged awning. The awning was very old but he did a great job making it look good and making sure everything was solid and held together well for many more years of service."

"David went the extra mile to explain things about a cedar shake roof I had never heard before. Honest appraisal for this shake maintenance with a much better sense of when it will need replaced; the work was surprisingly quiet and efficient, and we will definitely be working with them in the future"

"I required the services of a Roofing Organization to remove and replace several damaged Boral Tiles on my home. Part of the services which I required was locating and sourcing the "hard to find" tiles to match my home's roof. Urban Exteriors, (Lyndon) was very responsive, professional with no concern of the size of the project. Within two days the required tiles were located, sourced and installed. I was extremely pleased with Urban Exteriors' professionalism, responsiveness, workmanship! Larry M"

"Ricardo called within a half hour of my posting on this site, showed up 45 minutes later, and half an hour later, my roof stopped leaking. I was very pleased to have a stressful situation dealt with no quickly and effectively. I thought the estimate for the permanent repair was a bit high, so I will get multiple bids."
