"I think they did a pretty good job. I had to have them come out again just for my lawn. They did their applications but there were still weeds. So they came out and did it again. That was fine. It was a big deal purchase."

"It was quite expensive and our lawn is very challenging. It didn't do great. We trying to do it on our own. The cost was between $100 and $200 a month and we just couldn't keep that up. I felt the price was kind of high but not necessarily for what they do. We are not rich people and so, it was too high for us but I don't know if it was high compared to others. For quality, I gave them a B because our lawn didn't get fixed. I don't want to be mean and give them an F because it is a very challenging lawn. I never called them and said, 'Hey get over here.' They just kind of showed up. I would use them in future if they had a really good deal for like a one time landscaping thing and not for the dearly service that costs so much."

"They're great when they come out. They make appointment's they come out. So there's Al that does my turf, is what I call it, they treat, they do chemicals, you know whatever chemicals I need for my lawn care, we'll call it. So Al is always out here. He's good about stopping and making sure I don't have questions or if he's doing some sort of a treatment that he wants me to water or not water or whatever the choices are there. I mean they are always really good about contacting you before they come, letting you know what they are going to do, making sure you understand and you still want that because I used them for more than one year, they have like the standard, what I get done every year stuff, but they still don't just go ahead, even though I've contracted with them for this whole year, they still don't just go ahead and do it unless I again, agree. So like the last the they did, just in the last week was aerate and overseed my lawn, so they are very good about coming out, marking my sprinkler heads and doing that service, which the only reason I have to even be here at all is so that I can open the garage door so they can turn on my underground watering."

"We got bids from five sprinkler/irrigation providers. Four of the five were withing a couple of hundred dollars of each other so it really came down to who could best meet our needs. After listening to all of the presentations, we found that we liked certain things about each provider. <br> <br>Caleb, the owner of Elements, cheerfully worked with us to be sure that we understood all of the options and their pros and cons. He put together a system that was sound from his perspective and used parts that we thought were the best of the best. <br> <br>Since we scheduled the work during the busy season, it took about six weeks for installation to begin. Because of rain, Caleb kept us informed almost daily right before our scheduled start so we'd know exactly what to expect. The installation crew showed up as promised and worked well into the evening on the first day. The crew was pleasant and enthusiastically answered our questions as they worked. <br> <br>There were very few installation problems other than hitting an underground tile that ran from a downspout to a yard drain. They said that happens sometimes. They quickly repaired it and continued the installation without a hitch. <br> <br>A few days after installation, Caleb helped us set up our sprinkler schedule and taught us how to use the controls. <br>A month later, we had a few questions. Within two or three business days, Caleb came by to answer our questions and make a couple of minor adjustments. <br> <br>We are extremely happy with Elements Sprinkler Company's (Caleb and crew) responsiveness and service. <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>"

"They are very good. They worked with me to help me with ant problem that I had some years ago and I haven't had one since. They are very nice and I've had no issues with them at all. I think its $32 or $33 every month and in the summer and spring. It's also the same quarterly and they have other options that I used to get, but I now don’t get now like if I want the yard sprayed for fleas and ticks. If I paid ahead of time for 3 months I get a 10% discount. Otherwise, it's $100 a month or something. What they've done has kept the bugs away so far. They are professional and polite. They put little goodies on my feet. If they forget something for some reason or if it's raining that day, they'll come back and do particularly the outside when it's not raining. I've had 100s of ants in my bedroom and they took care of that. Their pricing is pretty good. I've had no problems with their quality. They are pretty responsive. Their punctuality is usually good, but it depends on whether they are stuck in another house for some reason. Otherwise, they'll usually call me if they are going to be more than 10 minutes late. I've been using them for 6 years now and would continue to use them in the future."

"They come out every week. The lawn mowing is about $30-40/week. They work year round! They even do Christmas light hanging in the winter. They do a good job on the yard! We have been using them for about 4-5 years."

"When I first called the company, the woman with whom I spoke was very busy chatting with co-workers (I assume), and she asked my name (which I spelled repeatedly) and address several times. Obviously, she was side-tracked and throughout our approximately 10 minute phone conversation she continued to ask my name, which I don't believe she ever recorded correctly. She told me that someone would come to our house for an evaluation and recommended lawn care on a particular day. That person did not come on the day scheduled, and I had to call the company back to get someone here. When he came, I arranged for what treatments we wanted and was told by the individual that when they provided treatment, the servicing technician would ALWAYS leave a note on our door explaining what had been done. The first treatment was done, about a week and many phone calls, later than scheduled. We received and paid that bill. Some time later, we received by mail a bill for the second treatment. To our knowledge, a second treatment had not yet been performed; we could see no indication of it (no flags on lawn or no note on the door). After talking to the company and their investigation, it was discovered that a treatment had been done at another address not even remotely near. I am also assuming this error was due to my very first phone call with the employee who could NEVER get our name right. Presumably, the person who answers a client's initial call is the person with whom the client will always deal. I mention this because I think the person upon my first contact and quot;dropped the ball.and quot; Any other person with whom I spoke in the company was always kind, courteous, and professional. We still continued to deal with the company until the last incident when a technician left a written recommendation which was very difficult to understand and was quite misleading. <br /> We feel that any work done by the company was done well. However, because of the disorganization and inefficiency of of some of the employees, we will no longer use the company."
