"Sondro S, Maximum Epoxy Floors, responded to our Angi’s List request for work to be done in our garage...paint the walls white and the ceiling black, and repair and epoxy the floor. I gave Sondro my email address and requested that he email us a written estimate for the overall job, but he never sent it. He sent a text message with an overall estimate of $4,000 for the work, which my husband accepted. Sondro discovered that the garage floor was covered with asphalt and added a charge of $2,000 to remove the asphalt and an additional charge of $500 to dispose of the asphalt...which my husband agreed to and paid. On August 21st, the epoxy floor was completed, and my husband paid Sondro the full amount due of $6,500."
