"We have not used Anthony's, but had to review the service we have already received. 3 years ago we had a new roof installed. We received Anthony's quote 1 hour after signing with another company; otherwise, we would have used him. When I told him we went with someone else he was very gracious and kind and wished us well. Fast forward to now, we have roof leaks after the tremendous amount of rain we have received. We are, of course, getting a couple of estimates but we remembered how fair his quote was on the roof install and how kind he was so we called him. He took the time to talk to my husband and will be getting out here as soon as possible to look at our roof. Today we noticed another leak. I called him concerned about mold/mildew and he took the time to speak with me and give me his opinions and will be coming out to inspect soon. I wish more companies would understand that treating people fairly and with kindness will get you more business. We do LOTS of home projects and our neighbors are always asking who to use and who not to use. I can say, without even having any work completed, that I would recommend Anthony's. "I was extremely enthusiastic to hire this pro despite the fact their estimate was significantly higher then the other estimates I got. I was truly impressed with Jose Cabreras presentation of the project and how he will tackle the problem and make it right. I had the understanding that roofing system would cover the gutter system and shingles that were on the roof in bad condition but I had to pay more to get the gutter system installed and even though I had to close one extra day of work and the work continued to be on going for on more day and my bathrooms vent systems do not work after the ceiling tiles change . I was shocked however that the interior work guys replacing the tiles did not cover any of my tables , chairs and other condiments to protect from unbelievable amount of debris and dust making us work three days constantly to clean and it is still work in process!! May be on your next restaurant job you can move it cover properly . Thanks for the work and waiting for the warranty of 10 years"

"This was one of my best experiences with a contractor. When the job started, they showed up on time, every day until the job was done. The quality of the tile work was exceptional. They took care to protect the floor from the door to the bathroom everyday and cleaned up after themselves every evening. The owner came over a couple of time to check on progress. There was one extra for reframing some of the wall studs that had termite damage and this was taken care of with a written quote. I'd definitely recommend this company."
