He worked closely with the manufacturer and the insurance companies throughout the process. It took a while because it was fire damage and the manufacturer had to determine how much to replace to protect our warranty. Once they made a determination, Ron replaced the front of our roof quickly and professionally. I have hired him for many other rental properties I manage and his company is always fast, professional, and well priced."

"We had called them for an estimate, and upon meeting him and the work he has done in the neighborhood we decided they were the right fit. Mitch come out on the weekend when it was convenient for us and helped pick a paint scheme. It took a little time for him to get started due to the lousy weather we had but was quick at getting started when the weather permitted. They took a total of 3 days and were very professional in both their appearance and in the work performed. He had talked us into adding shutters and picked them up for us. They really made it come together. The house turned out better then expected and we really love the paint scheme we chose with Mitch's help. "The heater they supplied was a good one.  However, they sent an inexperienced repairman to replace the heater.  He slipped and fell through our newly remodeled bathroom.  The company repaired the hole in the wall with the wrong texture and then wrong the  type of grout.  We are going to have ceiling repaired by a company recommended by the my daughter who works for one of the largest builders in the country.  I have cancelled my service with the warrantee company.  I now have to pay an additional $150.00 to have the ceiling refloated and all the wrong grout taken off and replaced with the correct type. <br /> <br /> *In response to service provider response: We hired 1 contractor that they recommended. He came out and said that he did a lot of work for High Tech. He fell through the ceiling that same day. We called High Tech the same day. They wanted my husband to go up in to the ceiling to get a model number. He is 79 years old and could not do that. We then had to contact a different service provider and pay an extra $150.00."
