"I was supposed to have all exterior house windows re-caulked. Remove the old caulk and add new. The old caulk was not removed and the new caulk was quite sloppy. In addition, not all windows were caulked or prepped correctly according to Damian. Damian was supposed to come to do the job correctly yesterday. He did not show up and never bothered to call. I was contacted this morning and no longer wish to do business with this company. I also asked about 1 or 2 other projects. Evidently, the requests were forgotten. Beware!"

QuRan saw the skepticism in my face and said we really do good work. Under statement. They took 94 year old plaster walls that were crumbling down and brought my walls up to date. QuRan and his team worked with perciseness. At the beginning and end of every installment they ask if there were any questions or concerns about the repairs"

Focusing on customer satisfaction, quality workmanship, and affordable prices, Bryan now offers his construction expertise to customers throughout the NJ, NY, and PA area. "Bryan & his son visited our home and we discussed replacing the 2 gable vents on our two story colonial home. Within a weeks time, the estimate was emailed and the work was scheduled. The estimate was for two Azek vents I had ordered from Architectural Depot.com. Bryan's Handyman & Home Improvement Service didn't have any objections to installing the product I purchased. The old vents were cheap plastic & too small for the attic fan I am planning to install later. George & Rubin arrived at our home promptly and didn't mind that I watched, learned & asked questions. They explained the process as they proceeded with the work. I was surprised that they didn't have to go into the attic at all to install the vents. George even accommodated my request to slightly modify the vents I purchased. It was more about the aesthetics and the finished look. George & Rubin did a fantastic job ! They were courteous & cleaned up all the debris afterwards. I'll be calling Bryan's again. A+"
