He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress. Within a week or so I got my rug back with NO pet pee ODOR!!! I am completely amazed!! The cost is well worth it for an expensive rug that would be ruined if not for Pet Pee Pee."

"As soon as the fellow got to the house, he measured the rooms. He made sure I knew how much it would cost, both at the estimate (over the phone) and before he got started working. I used the coupon I received from the mailer and he figured the different totals to make sure I got the best price possible. The feline urine treatment was extra, as expected, but I cannot tell there was ever a problem. Even the cats have left it alone! There were lots of stains and spots from kids and cats and life. The carpets look 100% better. It took him about 2 hours by himself to do all the work and it was dry in about 2 hours. He moved the furniture out of the way and moved it back.
