"I called M&M Roofing, Siding and Windows first about a new roof because I had used them previously in 2017 and 2008 for roofing related projects with good results. M&M Roofing’s initial evaluation was that my roof was still functional, had some maintenance issues, but close to the end of its service life. M&M provided quotes for both maintenance and full replacement. After, comparing M&M’s advice and replacement proposal with the advice and replacement proposals of three other highly rated companies, I selected M&M to do the job. I was not disappointed. The M&M representative’s advice throughout the process was consistently accurate and his communication was superb. M&M’s roofing crew was competent, quick, and thorough. Overall, I was very pleased with M&M’s performance, for a third time. I can recommend M&M Roofing, Siding, and Windows without hesitation."

"My roof is fantastic. I was seeking a very specific and detailed roof job I had seen on another house that I adored. I talked to many roofers who where out to get me because of my specifics. The owner Mr Sanchez was straight up with me and gave me exactly what I wanted at a very good price. IM a very cautious person by nature an not easily trustIng of handymen. I’ve done investigations of many of them throughout my 37 years in law enforcement. I’ve sought the perfect roofer since April and spoke to many great roofers through home advisor Angie list and word of mouth. I was skeptical at 1st because his Price was so low but, Mr Sanchez is a man of his word and provided me top notch service. My house and detached garage was a big project and was done in a day and a half. My house is 23 years old, but man my roof makes it look brand new! I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs. I’ll definitely be using his services again. I could say so much more but, if you need a roofer give him a call. I love the job they did for me. This company is the number 1 roofing company in the greater Houston area in my book!"

"Will and the M&M Roofing Team were very efficient, professional and thorough. The price was competitive. I would definitely use M&M again for any of my roofing needs. J. Hutcherson"

"Pros: Bear's Cajun Roofing gave us a reasonable estimate and pricing. We did end up spending about $120.00 out of pocket above the estimate. The owner is very reasonable with setting up means of payment ensuring that no one is being conned. The owner takes pride in his work and the roof looks great. It was installed during very rainy weather and so far no leaks. He did eventually complete the job to our satisfaction. Also did a great job with clean-up. Cons: If you are looking for a roofer that is punctual, efficient, and completes the job in a timely manner, then Bear's Cajun Roofing is not the company for the job. In all fairness, we had lots of cold and rainy weather that interfered with the installation, but even on the days that weather permitted we never knew if or what time the workers would show up. Bear's Cajun Roofing definitely doesn't have set hours to work. It took 3 weeks for work to be completed, which was very frustrating."

"First of all, we wanted something totally out of the ordinary.  After contacting several solar companies and receiving curious looks, Mark came by and not only did he state that he could build it, but was excited to engineer and build it for us.  We did not want solar panels on our roof and we desperately needed a shade structure.  My husband had found a picture of such a structure, using only two posts (I did not want four poles).  Mark had a company build the posts, then his men removed my pavers, dug huge holes, craned (Yes they had a crane put them in the holes), and filled them in with concrete.  Trust me these are never going anywhere.  After the concrete set up, John and his team returned, they replaced everything and repainted the entire structure, they didn't just touch it up.  I need to add that they were so thoughtful and cleaned up everyday prior to leaving, very unusual for a construction team.  It looks absolutely beautiful.  I'm at a loss for words, it was everything I thought it could be and then some.
