"Joseph and his Team are excellent. They have worked with high attention to detail on our 1929 home. The Team worked six days per week (full days) and took great care to sand, prep, and paint (2 coats) with a brush. The Team was extremely courteous and it is evident they take pride in their work. Joseph was highly responsive, working side-by-side with his Team and stopping by independently to check the work progress. Their work helped restore the beauty of our classic Dutch Colonial. "After I called, Jose came over to look at the deck the next day and gave his recommendations. He explained that after the power-washing, the deck need to be completely dried before sanding, so rainy days will push out the work. Paint should be applied when the deck is not excessively hot. My deck is exposed to the sun most of the day, so hot sunny days are also bad days for the last part of the job. I appreciate the information ahead of time, so I know what to expect. The job could not start for several weeks because of hurricane weather or days with strong sun. Once we have a stretch of good-weather days, Jose started the job and completed within days. He cleaned up the debris after every visit. The deck was in bad shape and it looks great now, hopefully for many years to come."

     I highly recommend Diversified Painting Contractors.  A fair and reasonable estimate was given for the exterior painting and deck staining.  I was also told in advance of the days and times they would be coming, and they reliably followed through for the next 3 1/2 days.  They did an extremely thorough job of power washing, scraping, and sanding.  A special weather-resistant paint was applied to the underside of the roof, which readily chips due to bad weather.  The front support columns were well reinforced.  John Russell is quite knowledgeable about home painting and related repair work.  I am extremely pleased with their very neat and clean work, ultimate professionalism, and courtesy.

"It was perfect. The trim the woodworking walls and ceiling all came out perfect. Also does work for our church. He did the rectory and the commercial grade kitchen which all were perfectly fine. Also just recently did the outside of the church with the same results. When you hire him you get him not part time helpers. Tommy and Junior are beyond honest. No worries about things missing or broken. Highly recommend him for any and all painting."
