I soon discovered that those reviews honestly presented a true picture of the excellent work delivered by the company. <br /> From the outset, when I indicated that the condition of my house was the result of a previous bad job, and asked that an estimate reflect the hard work that would be involved in restoring the appearance of the clapboard siding, I was expecting a much higher estimate. The bottom line was surprisingly reasonable (and the job came in at that price). Having accepted the estimate, I was told that their jobs were begun on a first-come first-serve basis, and that there were two jobs ahead of mine. Roby Medley (owner) was regularly in touch by email and telephone, letting me know the likely start date for my project, reporting progress on the initial job, and later responding to my requests for additional work. <br /> I understand that there are a number or skilled workers employed, but my painting and repairs were accomplished y Roby Medley, Mr. Cook, Larry, and James. They were reliable, meticulous, and pleasant to interact with. <br /> Now that I’ve visited Repairs Unlimited's PaceBook page, and have seen pictures of various remodeling projects they've been involved in, I'm feeling inspired to undertake some interior renovations. "Subcontractors generally do not have great reputations for calling back or showing up and doing what they say they're going to do when they say they're going to do it. Rodney called right back he showed up when he said he would he did this job in one day! We were expecting a week. He was economical, fast, courteous, cleaned up the area, has a great sense of humor and we will be using him again. He is allergic to wasps, so be sure you have wasp spray or have cleared out the wasps."

"It went excellent. Dantrell was professional, on time, and provided quality work. He made sure that I was happy with everything and even followed up afterwards to make sure I was happy. He is the most professional handyman that I have ever worked with. I own a lot of properties across GA and have dealt with nightmares, but he was far different from the rest. Everyone on his team was in uniform, clean, and professional. I felt safe letting them come in my home and work even while I was away. That says a lot for me!
