"Damon is the man!  My husband and I both have very intensive jobs and in our free time, yard work isn't typically our priority.  We decided that this year we would find a lawn care service.  I called Damon yesterday for an estimate.  I gave him consent to go check out the yard while we were both at work, and he evaluated it and called me back with an estimate that seemed more than reasonable to us given the state our yard was in.  While scheduling Damon said it would be best to do it close to trash day.  Well Thursday morning is our trash day, so I figured we would have to wait until next week.   Not with Damon.  He was able to somehow get it done on the same day.   I never would have imagined anyone would be able to service us the same day.  The yard looks amazing and I will always use Personal Touch in the future.   <br />"

"<p>I contacted Murray lawn care on Tuesday, August 26th about contracting them to do my lawn work. Darren Murray got back to me that day saying that he would try and squeeze an appointment in for me either Thursday or Friday. I had not heard from him any further on Thursday and emailed him asking if he could narrow down when he was coming. When I still hadn't heard from him by Friday, I emailed again telling him that I had mowed the front myself but my mower had died while trying to mow the back and asked if he would be able to get to me the next week. </p> <p>I finally heard back from him on Tuesday, September 2nd when he stated that he had been out of town without phone service. He said that he would come over that day and finish the lawn if I hadn't gotten to it. I came home and discovered that he had mowed the front yard, but not the back yard. It had started raining that day so I assumed that he had his work cut short. </p> <p>I waited until Friday, September 5th for him to come back and mow the back yard. I did not hear from him either during that time. On Friday I sent him an email stating that I would find someone else to mow my yard since he was obviously too busy. He then finally emailed me stating that he didn't have the right equipment to mow my back yard. </p> <p>I understand that he didn't have the right equipment, but feel that he should have assessed the yard situation and emailed me back immediately saying that he couldn't handle the job. I also feel that when he promised the original appointment he should have emailed me BEFORE he went out of town to inform me that he was not going to make it. </p> <p>Given some feedback from Mr. Murray regarding my lawn care, I would have hired him to maintain the front yard.</p> <br />"
