As shown in the attached picture, his work is extremely high quality - crisp straight lines including the stripe, no spill over on the trim or ceiling, spackled all areas in need of repair, and he even took the initiative to sand all the walls before painting (something we didn’t discuss beforehand). All the logistics of the job were perfect (prompt responses to questions, arrived on time both days, left the room completely clean) and he had a personable, professional attitude. The nursery turned out just as we had envisioned, and we’ll definitely be using DS Painting for other rooms in the future."

"We could not have asked for more. It started with the great customer service, Mr. Darlington came gave us an estimate and explained everything in detail. We were able to select from a wide array of colors. We chose a bold blue color. The prep work was perfect (taping off trim, windows,lights). They first painted the trim as well as the garage door in white, then painted the house in blue. The detail they went into included painting every little thing was quite amazing. There was no over-spray on any parts of the house, foundation or lawn. After painting they wanted to make sure the color was acceptable before removing the masking. It is amazing the feedback we received from the neighbors as well any passerby about how they love the color. 02/06/19 I’m completing this review almost 3 years later, you might ask why? Well I wanted to see how the painting held up, still beautiful and no fading or chipping. I highly recommend Darlington it is a family run business!"

"Bill and his son did a fantastic job. We recently purchased a new home and needed help painting the two-story walls and ceilings. We closed on the house between Christmas and New Years and needed to have the painting done during the holiday week before the movers arrived. Bill agreed to paint during the holiday week and even arrived very early in the mornings to make sure the job would be completed to suit our timeline for the moving company. On top of doing a great job, Bill is nice guy. My husband and I were painting a single story room while Bill and his son were painting the tall walls, and Bill took the time to give us some painting tips, even demonstrating proper technique. "Mr. John O. arrived on time and alerted me prior to his coming by phone. John went around the basement and inspected the walls and windows for moisture penetration, and signs of deterioration. He listened to my concerns and wrote a report and recommended an indoor french drain installation based on his professional judgment of the situation. <br /> I received the report with a schematic of my basement and his assessment as a pdf on email. He included a detailed estimate for the work proposed. <br /> I feel that I got a report and an hour of evaluation for $49 and it is fair. <br />"
