"They sold the business to TeamShares who brought in their own office staff. Chuck who is the new biller will charge you beyond what should be charged on any project. He charged us $600 to tie back 7 small plants and to remove/dispose of 20 little black garden fence edgers. After I complained he started to belittle me, accuse me of complaining, calling me names. He then reinvoiced me with a zero so I didn’t have to pay with a note saying they are no longer do business with us. We have Ben with this company for over 10 years with the original owner. I would not have these people service your property because they will scam you"

We also had them plow our driveway -- they additionally always cleared the front walk and porch and did a good job. We once had an issue where one of the plows hit our garage door, and the owner, Travis, immediately called us and made sure the door got replaced.
