He stated he was overwhelmed and that he would stop by July 4 or July 5 to service my lawn. July 4 came and went with no call or no show. I then texted and stated if he was not able to service my lawn then I would have to hire someone else. He replied, okay. Very unprofessional. I required both irrigation fixes along with lawn leveling due to DTE trucks damage. They did send out someone who checked my system, then a follow up with another contractor to check the grading. After which they ghosted me. Tried to contact them, even provided missing information to get the quote done, but never heard back."
