"They came out and made the carpets wet. I came to check on it that night and there was dog hair everywhere as if they didn't even vacuum. It was not one fuzz ball, it was all over. I called and told them what happened and they fixed it the next day. They made me feel as if it was my fault they had to "squeeze" me in the next day because they didn't do it right the first time. It looks good now, but very disappointing seeing all these good reviews. I would not hire again because I feel like I can't trust them to do the job right the first time unless I'm standing there looking over them. This was an empty rental home. If I can't trust them to do their job, I really want to know what else they may have done while they were there, especially if the home had things in it. I hired them to do it on a certain date because the tenants were due to move in and other work was being done on other days. Very disappointing."
