"I used them for several years but each year their performance deteriorated. The final draw came when I asked them to return to clean the gutters after they left because there was a huge overflow of water coming from the gutter due to drain spout leaf blockage (only a couple of days after they left). They sent me a bill for a "supplemental return charge" even though the return visit was due to them not cleaning the gutters properly the first time. This was surprising given I had been a customer for several years. I highly recommend that you consider other options before using them. If you do decide to use them, it is critical that you inspect their work every time they finish before paying them. They cannot be trusted to properly clean your gutters without inspective their work. Inspecting their work of course is challenging because it requires being high enough to confirm that the gutters and downspouts are clean. "
