I called the owner to clarify that I needed someone that could help me assess the system when the technician showed up. The owner started yelling at me over the phone. The technician replaced the sprinkler and looked at the control panel. He wanted to replace the whole control panel. I did not feel that was needed. <br /> <br />Owner did call me after I posted the review and offered to refund my money or make it right. We did discuss my opinion that the initial call needs to be answered by someone more knowledgeable and that the owner should better handle upset customers on the phone.
