Hey, I'm Lance! I became a professional online portrait artist in 2006 after my family was taken from me in a tornado losing my mother, father, brother, and son. Twenty-eight lives were taken as well as all their possessions, like mine. I drew from destroyed photos their families so they could have memorial portraits of them at the funerals and for the rest of time. Since then I have made a living traveling the country doing shows and drawing from photos you email me on line. There is NO GIFT more unique that brings more tears of joy to a loved one's eyes like one of these. Nothing. I've seen it time and time again. I make it affordable to anyone who's ever wanted one of these. Paintings with half the detail of these can cost upwards of $30,000 limiting something like this from hanging in living rooms for families to the rich only. Not anymore. Here's how it works..\n Simply email me your favorite picture or pictures to aarontristan39@gmail.com with a brief description of what you would like done. The bigger and clearer the picture the better the drawing. I will start an initial sketch right away and take pictures of it and show it to you. Please email them quickly if possible, because the holidays are coming and I get busy. Once the initial sketch is done. I usually take something down on it. It's a lot of work doing the initial sketch. This varies on the cost of the drawing which we will discuss right away.\n Drawings are usually 175 for 9x12's\n 225 for 11x14's\n 275 for 14x17's\n After this process is done I continue with your art piece sending you photos on line all the way through which many people find a lot of fun. I am also friends on Facebook with almost every person I've ever drawn for as well and would like to be your friend as well if you would like that. I post them on FB at your discretion. It makes me way more legit to people as well. \n The Prices vary with the art because of the size of the drawing as well as the number of faces. The number of faces DOES NOT double the cost. Usually an extra face is added depending on the size from anywhere between 25 and 50, but I do deals on these more than anything, so please call me about it at .(850) 691-3976

The lighting master is a Christmas lighting and landscape lighting company that services Washington and Benton counties in Arkansas. We have been making homes and outdoor spaces beautiful at night since 1982. We only do Christmas and landscape lighting. \n\nFor landscape lighting- We strive to make you feel safe and happy to come home when you pull up in your driveway at night. Questions we ask- Does your home look pitch dark at night? Can you or guests see to walk around your property? Would thieves see your home as an easy place to get into without being seen at night? Do you have trees that could be breathtaking if they were uplit at night? Does your back deck or patio have the perfect lighting for grilling or just having an intimate conversation with friends? We find lighting solutions to these questions and more. Our goal is to create a night time environment for our clients that is safe, secure, and satisfying. We have hundreds of references available on projects from $2k to $75k. We carry liability and workmans comp insurance, and all our work is guaranteed. Our initial consultation is free with an in-person appointment, with all decision makers please. We do not do "drop off bids" \n\nFor Christmas lighting- we strive to make your home look nice, classy and not overdone. We have photos to show you the different products available to do the outline of your home up high, and we have the best wreaths and garland you can buy, period. Our wreaths and garland look great on homes because they have 3 kinds of foliage, real pine cones and have just the right amount of lights to look great at night. Our wreaths come in sizes from 3 feet to 12 feet in diameter, and we reccomend sizes based on the size of space decorated. If desired we can put mini lights in trees and shrubs, or line the drive or walk way for a dramatic entry to your home. We want you and others to look at your home and say "ahhh, that looks really nice" . In our initial free consultation, with all decision makers present, we ask questions of what you want your home to look like, and we make recommendations based on your desires. We do not do "drop off bids". We have done hundreds of projects in NWA from $1500 to $60k and references are available. Unlike much of our competition, We pay extra to be insured specifically to work with electricity on roofs and in trees, and we are happy to provide written proof from our insurance agent. If comparing bids, please ask and check our competition to do the same. In addition, All our employees are screened, trained and drug tested. We take the safety of your home very seriously, and we don't ask you to sign any kind of "waiver of liability". We just stand behind our work.

FAQs for holiday lighting add or remove projects in Lincoln, AR

If climbing ladders or handling wiring isn’t in your comfort zone, hire a pro. Look for installers who post clear per-foot or hourly rates, carry insurance, and have solid reviews. Comparing at least three quotes helps you spot fair pricing without sacrificing safety. Skipping credentials to save a few dollars can cost you far more in repairs, so pick a qualified team and enjoy a safe, eye-catching display.

Yes, booking between February and September often scores lower rates because demand is light and pros have open calendars. You might even negotiate a discount package that includes removal or storage. If the budget is tight, ask whether a handyperson or an off-season permanent-light install makes sense for your home and timeline.

Determining the number of holiday lights for your house depends on your home’s size and specific decorative vision. Your project requires 10 to 20 light strands for a basic exterior display, with 100 lights allocated for eaves and an additional 10 to 20 bulbs for each awning.

For trees and substantial shrubs, allocate five to 10 strands per unit to achieve complete and balanced illumination across your property.

Tipping isn’t mandatory, but it’s a nice way to thank your installer for a job well done. Most homeowners offer 10% to 20% of the total bill or round up to an even figure if the crew exceeds expectations. A small extra goes a long way toward showing appreciation—and may help you snag priority booking next season.

Yes, you can install holiday lights yourself if your property layout is straightforward and your electrical system is secure. Homeowners who are confident in their ability to safely handle wiring and use proper equipment can save money with a DIY approach.

However, it is crucial to test all outlets thoroughly and secure the proper ladders and safety gear before starting. Careful planning and adherence to safety guidelines are essential to protect yourself and your home while achieving an attractive display.

Start by clearing the area of loose debris, damaged shingles, and anything that could trip you up. Test outdoor outlets and, if you’re unsure, bring in an electrician. Use a sturdy extension ladder (or scaffolding for very high spots) and never work alone—having a helper steady the ladder is non-negotiable. Taking these simple steps keeps you, your roof, and your new lights safe.
