They called ahead as promised and arrived on schedule. They explained what they were going to do and gave me the quote, and then they began work. They moved most of the main furniture (recliners, end tables, love seat) and cleaned the entire living room. They laid down some type of enzyme treatment to fight the order, and applied scotchguard treatment to the carpet. They cleaned the tile well and picked up the area rugs to take them back for treatment at their facility. They did a good job. This was a bit over a week ago; they returned the area rugs yesterday and offered to unroll them for me. The crew was friendly and professional the whole time they were here, and they did good work. The prices seemed reasonable and I would hire them again in the future."
