"I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Big Larry Designs & the Haynie’s are, by far, the worst vendor/owners I have ever done business with. That said, I do take some responsibility for the issues, as I broke my own #1 rule: NEVER, NEVER, EVER, pay a vendor in full for their product prior to delivery, especially when that product is delivered months out. A deposit is fine, full payment is a HUGE mistake. A full payment requirement puts the buyer at a distinct disadvantage when problems arise, and problems will arise. A paid in full vendor has no “skin in the game” to communicate, keep commitments, and solve issues."
