"They wowed me last year with the installation of our holiday lights, from getting a quote to the day they uninstalled the lights. Everyone is extremely professional and punctual. They all stand behind their work and the dedication is evident. But I just HAD to come and review them right now because they go above and beyond for their customers. They returned last week for this year's lighting and again were punctual and following the instructions from last year to the tee. However, my elderly stepdad made the mistake of cutting a cord while tending to the lawn yesterday. I was embarrassed to contact Midas, but also understand that mistakes happen and simply hoped for the best. He showed me pictures of the plants and gave me a very fair written estimate of the cost. He asked for a reasonable deposit and we scheduled a date for the work to be done. He started when he said he would and finished on the same day. His crew is wonderful, polite and very hardworking. They worked from the time they arrived in the morning until early evening adding the unexpected bonus of mowing the back and front yard. Don checked to see that everything was done correctly and to see if I was satisfied. The front looks wonderful and I am more than just satisfied.
