"We moved into a new home on Jan 3rd. It has rained quite a bit and led to a repair performed by the homeowner failing, resulting in a leak by the 11th (a Saturday night). With rain in the forecast for the next several days, I make a desperate phone call to Bonafide Roofing Sunday morning, I expect no return call until Monday. They squashed plants in front bed after they asked and I told them to not harm the front flower beds. Moved patio furniture around and didn't put it back when done. Still had old shingle pieces on patio. They bent a gutter baffling. Didn't put gutter down spout extender back. So care for property is so so."
