"We worked with Kane Robinson that runs Distinct Painting. It's a smaller, local exterior house painting company. We'd heard Kane was exceptional, and we were not disappointed. He quoted the price, including some minor structural repairs, and that was the price we paid. The preparation of the house was amazing. They power washed and scraped away the peeling paint. They sealed and caulked all exposed junctions in the paneling, around windows and doors, fascia and other places we hadn't even thought about. Whenever there was exposed wood, they primed it prior to painting. They repaired all the areas we had requested and some we hadn't even noticed. When it came time to paint, they sprayed the base color, roller-ed the painted area and applied a second coat. Many areas such as the trim, accent, gutters, and doors required brush painting which they did very professionally and with two coats. At the end of the day, the crew always cleaned up prior to leaving. Kane did the final walk-around with us to make sure we were happy with the work. He's warranted the work for eight years and encouraged us to do another walk-around in a month to make sure we're still happy with the outcome. If we find anything amiss, he will return and make it right. Kane and Josh completed the job on time and within budget. Throughout our dealings with them, our satisfaction with the work was always their highest priority. The paint is great quality and should easily last 10 years. We will use them again."

"Being relatively new in the area, I didn't have the good word-of-mouth references I prefer when tackling a major home project. Instead I had to rely on my instincts after interviewing and receiving quotes from three companies. The actual paint job completed by Colorado Commercial and Residential Painters was beautiful. I've been here before and typically discovered days later the need for patching missed corners, straightening lines where the ceiling met the wall or scraping areas where the lines crossed onto the floor or rails. I'm still looking for those glitches but they just aren't there. In the middle of the painting project, I changed my mind about the paint color. Wayne and I had worked on a color scheme where he understood my moderate comfort with risk so we went with some beautiful muted colors. After it was on several walls, it looked just like he said it would... but I didn't like it. Palmer, the account rep, halted work while I selected a new color. They still finished on time. The crew of six guys were focused, pleasant and clearly there to please. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone."

"Terrific workers and they did a superb job. We are very happy with the results. They have a contract for services rendered that we signed and added a little bit - that if they were not able to complete the job this year, that it would be done next year. No problem there! <br /> They power washed the house and detached garage exteriors. They scraped down rough areas, and sanded ones that needed it. We just had new windows installed (another review elsewhere) and the sills needed special attention. They caulked all the areas that needed it. <br /> We reviewed each day's work and they answered all our questions satisfactorily. They cleaned up after themselves. They didn't have a radio or and quot;boomboxand quot; blaring all day long. They were respectful of the premises and asked questions about things they needed more information about. <br /> They applied two full coats of paint to the body, trim and accents of the house. They use Sherwin-Williams which was fine by us. They suggested we use the color consulting service, which we did at no extra cost. We applied a couple of test colors to different areas of the house before they started to see how it would look. Nice to feel confident of our final choice and it gave the neighbors a heads-up and an opportunity to weigh in on the color choices. <br /> Did I mention that they cleaned up after themselves? <br /> We are pleased with our new colors and feel that the home is less leaky after all the caulking they did. <br />"
