They automatically deducted the money out of my account which she ought to know by looking at my account that after receiving an app, I pay their bill on the 3rd of the next month. She sd she doesnt know about that. She should she is the OM. I call BS. We went back and forth about the bill. She sd since you are getting your money back, we will just bill you. I sd go ahead, I am not paying it. She sd then it will go to collections, I sd go ahead, send it as many times as you want, I am not paying it. I then Asked to speak to a mgr she sd I am one of the managers, she sd no one else is available. I sd of course. By this time I went from b******* to crying. She then says, IF YOU DONT HAVE 35.00 IN YOUR ACCOUNT MAYBE LAWNCARE SERVICE ISNT FOR YOU. I SD DO YOU KNOW HARD IT IS TO LIVE ON DISABILITY FOR A MONTH, SHE SD NO I DONT. I THEN SD YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE SD WHAT YOU SD. SHE SD I CANCEL EVERYTHING? I SD YES AND HUNG UP!! SINCE THEN I HAVE MESSAGED ONE OF THE CO OWNERS WHICH WONT DO A DAMN BIT OF GOOD AND ASKED FOR A FORMAL APOLOGY. AND THE 35.49 RESOLVED. THEN I WILL CONSIDER COMING BACK BUT NOT UNTIL THOSE 2 ISSUES ARE RESOLVED AND SHE FORMALLY APOLOGIZES FOR DISRESPECTING HER ELDERS. SORRY HALF OF THIS IS IN CAPS BUT IM PISSED."

"Tech came out on 5/18/22 just as a rain storm was beginning to spread Cool Power . He clocked in at 11:45 to 11: 57am. Previous visit 4/13/22 same tech...same yard...clocked 8:35 to 905am. On 5/18/22 I watched tech whip his little automated cart around driving with left hand and waving a leaf blower behind him with right hand. I felt sick but did not know the strength of chemical he was spreading. (Also caught on security cam) Result numerous dying and dead rose bushes, browned evergreen ground cover, day lillies and ivy. Owner made an appointment yesterday to see damage. I stayed home all day. Owner never showed. Note each photo is a different carpet rose purchased for $29.99 each"

"Roger’s crew removed 4 very large bushes and 2 overgrown grasses around the deck. They were replaced with 3 Silver Maiden (Moring Light) grasses in the front of the deck. The back of the house the crew removed 6 dying bushes and replaced them with 3 Cypress Mop plants. On both sides of the house a total of 10 dead/dying or overgrown bushes and tree were removed. They were replaced with 10 Dwarf Burning Bushes. The crew trimmed 2 medium size Lilac bushes on one side of the house. Reseeded a medium size bare spot in the side yard that was caused by an over grown shrub. Additional mulch was added to all the new plants and trees. The day the landscaping was done it was a very hot and humid day. Steven and his crew were very hard working men and answered all the questions we asked. We used Flemings for landscaping the front yard at our old address last year before selling the house."

"I've been a customer of Kapp's Lawn Service for many years. To be up front, I do not water my lawn during the summer. I had a routine service, and it was very hot and humid. My lawn was not looking good. I called the office to cancel my service for the summer to let my lawn recover. I never complained about anything or anyone. A week later, Jim, the field manager came over and explained that Kapp's was going to aerate both my front and back lawn, and reseed it for FREE. WOW, that does not happen very often. When my lawn becomes healthy I will continue with their wonderful service. And they are refunding my last service call."
