"Five Star Painting provided terrific customer service and was extremely great to work with. Due to many unfortunate circumstances, we needed this job to be started and completed in a time-sensitive fashion (started within 7 days). Multiple companies scoffed at our time frame, saying that they could not start and finish a project so quickly. Finally, I found Five Star Painting. Bob at Five Star Painting informed me that he would be able to make an exception due to our situation, despite the current typical start time of 14 days. He made the necessary accommodations and completed the work quickly and at the time that we agreed. The only downside was that the initial paint job was not as clean as I had hoped, with some paint splatters (spots) on the door and window frames and moldings. I called Bob to express my dismay, and he quickly rectified the situation in a timely fashion. He drove to our home and made sure that all the blemishes were corrected and the paint job was truly pristine! It's easy to see that Bob runs a business where customer satisfaction is the top priority. I contacted him whenever I needed; never did I spend hours or days waiting for a reply. Communication was rapid and painless. He followed through on every agreement and commitment he made. Although the work was not perfect initially, he was quick to make amends and see that we were 100% satisfied. I recommend Five Star Painting to all my friends and family looking for professional painters who care about providing high-quality service and truly care about their customers."

"We just purchased a five year old home and were surprised when the three front entrance outside lights wouldn't turn on. After checking the circuit breaker, which was okay, we decided to call Thomas Edison Electric. Tom, the technician, eliminated all of the obvious causes, and then kept trying different trouble shooting approaches. His persistence got to the root of the problem, which was caused by an unorthodox modification inside the light switch by the prior owner. After that was resolved, a secondary issue added to the lighting problem. Tom wouldn't give up until he had them all working properly.
